Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original HOWLPOT tags attached and the original packaging included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-eligible for returns. A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item returned back to our warehouse.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at HERE and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
